Ed O’Brien
President/Founder
Ed is the founder and president of Advanced Business Communications. He has been in the Cabling Infrastructure business since its inception. With over 30 years of sales and industry experience, Ed has guided ABC to be one of the leading manufacturer representative firms in its field.
Prior to starting ABC, Ed worked for General Electric in their Telecommunications Division. He earned a BS in Management and Organizational Behavior from Rider University.

Ken DePalo
Partner/Sales Director
Ken has been an ABC team member since 2007. He has held various Sales & Sales Management positions since 1990 and entered the telecommunications industry in 2005. Ken has been instrumental in helping ABC grow and gain market share in several key verticals. His experience has allowed him to manage and support many of our larger enterprise and Global accounts with their technology challenges, including several Fortune 500 companies.
Ken is technically proficient in fiber optic infrastructure, technology roadmaps, distributed power, thermal management, and the deployment of converged infrastructure to support cellular, wireless and LAN applications. He excels in solution-based and technical sales. Prior to joining ABC, Ken worked with a Datacom Distribution Channel serving the New York Metro and Philadelphia markets. He has a BA in Finance from Bryant University.

Christina Berlinski
Inside Sales Manager
Christina joined the ABC team in 2021 and has over 25 years of Inside Sales and Sales Operations experience. Her knowledge of the process, technology, and understanding of the customer’s needs make her a key member of the team. She is involved in all aspects of project management and operations to support our customers success.
Prior to joining ABC, Christina worked in the IT services industry for networking and telecommunications equipment providers. Christina graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Peggy Carey
Administrative Director/Sales Support
Peggy has been an integral member of the ABC team since 1994. She has endless experience working to support our sales team and managing our distribution & installation partners. She oversees the relationship between our clients and professional staff daily. Peggy also takes lead on trainings, events and managing various programs to support all our clients. Her knowledge of our day to day operations is invaluable, as is her role.
